AREA OF USE
ESSVE Lightweight concrete screw is used for anchoring in porous materials such as lightweight concrete and lightweight clinker
The lightweight concrete screw can be used for regular assembly of wooden and steel studs, sill assembly, installation of interior carpentry, fastening of insulation, etc., outdoors.
DESCRIPTION
ESSVE Lightweight concrete screw is made of hardened steel with Corrseal surface treatment, C4. It is equipped with TX bracket/bit.
The thread of the screw is designed for porous materials such as lightweight concrete and lightweight clinker, and it can be screwed directly into lightweight concrete without pre-drilling.
The countersunk screw is equipped with cutting grooves to minimize the risk of overtightening and facilitate countersinking in wood.
ESSVE Lightweight concrete screw is BASTA-registered.
MOUNTING
The lightweight concrete screw is screwed straight into the lightweight concrete or lightweight clinker, i.e. no pre-drilling is required.
A torque screwdriver is recommended for assembly. To avoid overtightening the screw, you should use a low speed on the screwdriver.
Overcoating can mean that the thread is unscrewed, which means that the load capacity is greatly reduced and a new assembly should be made.
